 Encore Rehabilitation, Inc. is partnering with the Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers Society and is pleased to offer full time and part-time positions for professional baseball minor league athletic trainers during the baseball off-season. Encore Rehabilitation, the largest privately-owned rehabilitation company in the Southeast is also the largest employer of athletic trainers in the State of Alabama and Mississippi. Headquartered in Decatur, Alabama, Encore is excited to offer employment to minor league athletic trainers during their baseball off-season.

These positions, contracted for employment in our high school outreach, sports medicine departments will begin as soon as your baseball season is over and will allow you to return to your baseball organization in the spring. With no clinic hours or overnight travel required, they offer great work-life balance and an opportunity to keep your athletic training skills sharp while avoiding the long hours you experience during the minor league baseball season.

Positions are available in Birmingham, Hoover, Alabaster, Tuscaloosa, Mobile and Dothan Alabama markets, as well as the Biloxi, MS market.
